Dayton Yellow Springs Rd. (city lot 9909 & 9812) in a PUD Planned Unit Development Zoning District. The public hearing regarding this matter will be held on Tuesday, December 9, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. in the City Building, 44 West Hebble Avenue, Fairborn, Ohio, 45324.
