BEAVERCREEK PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CASE NO. PUD 23-2 SSP #1 Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held at the Beavercreek City Hall, 1368 Research Park Drive, Beavercreek, OH 45432, on October 2, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. on an application filed by Oberer Land Developers, Ltd, c/o Bridle Wood Farms, LLC, 3445 Newmark Drive, Miamisburg, OH 45342. The applicant requests approval of a specific site plan to allow development of 117 single-family residential homes on 50.01 acres of land. The property is located on the west side of North Alpha Bellbrook Road approximately 1,200 feet north of the intersection of North Alpha Bellbrook Road and Indian Ripple Road further described as Book 6, Page 19, Parcel 1 on the Greene County Property Tax Atlas. This application may be examined during normal work hours at Beavercreek City Hall. Interested persons may appear at the hearing and voice their opinion with respect to the application or via email to gillaugh@beavercreekohio.gov. Written comments must be received by 4:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 2, 2024 to be considered for the meeting.
