Defendants                                                     LEGAL NOTICE  The Defendants, Christopher S Vance and Unknown Spouse, if  any, of Christopher S Vance, whose current addresses are unknown, will take notice that on June 24, 2025, the Plaintiff,  HSBC Bank USA, National Association as Trustee for Ownit  Mortgage Loan Trust, Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2005-3, filed its Complaint in Case No. 2025 CV  0571, in the Court of Common Pleas of Greene County, Ohio,  seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 1284 Rona Pkwy Dr, Fairborn, OH 45324, Permanent Parcel No. A02-0001-0031-0-0062-00,("Real Estate"),  and alleged that the Defendants have or may have an interest  in this Real Estate.  The Defendants, Christopher S Vance and Unknown Spouse, if  any, of Christopher S  Vance are required to answer the  Plaintiff's Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last  date of publication of this notice.  In the event that the Defendants, Christopher S Vance and Unknown Spouse, if any, of  Christopher S Vance failed to respond in the allotted time, judgment by default can be entered against them for the relief requested in the Plaintiff's Complaint.
