LEGAL NOTICE “The Board of Education of the Fairborn City School District hereby gives public notice in accordance with the Ohio Revised Code that it will hold a public meeting to consider the re-employment of Vicki Hudepohl, Special Ed Supervisor, District to the same position for which Vicki Hudepohl retired from as of June 30, 2025. The public meeting will occur on June 5, 2025, at 5:15 p.m. at Fairborn High School, 1523 Commerce Center Blvd, Fairborn, Ohio. The Board provides this notice at least 60 days prior to the date of Ms. Hudepohl’s re-hiring and certifies that the public meeting required pursuant to Ohio law shall take place before the re-employment of Vicki Hudepohl as Special Ed Supervisor, District is approved by theBoard.
