CITY OF XENIA, OHIO NOTICE OF PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCES: The Xenia City Council adopted the following ordinances on August 13, 2026: 2026-25 Levying assessments for the improvement of City streets and public ways by lighting thereof for the year 2026; 2026-26 Authorizing the issuance of not to exceed $1,479,233.13 of bonds for the purpose of paying a portion of the City's cost of water main replacements in the City, including but not limited to those at the section of N. King Street from W. Church Street to W. Ankeney Mill Road, including all necessary appurtenances thereto, and other matters related to such bonds, and declaring an emergency; 2026-27 Authorizing the issuance of not to exceed $568,573.87 of bonds for the purpose of paying a portion of the City's cost of storm water repairs and replacements in the City, including but not limited to those at the section of N. King Street from W. Church Street to W. Ankeney Mill Road, including all necessary appurtenances thereto, and other matters related to such bonds, and declaring an emergency; 2026-28 Authorizing the consolidation of up to two bond issues of the City of Xenia, Ohio, and other matters related to such consolidated bond issue, and declaring an emergency; and 2026-29 Providing for the election on amendments to § 4.01(G)(2), § 4.05(A), § 5.01(B), § 9.04(C)(3), Article XI, Article XII, and § 13.01 of the Xenia City Charter, and declaring an emergency.
