Bids shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to Board of Education of the Greeneview Local School District, ATTN Sabrina Woodruff, Superintendent, at 4 South Charleston Road, Jamestown, Ohio 45335, and plainly marked on the outside "High School Library Renovation Project Bid." Bids will be received until 2:00 p.m., local time March 10, 2026 and immediately after the deadline the bids will be opened and publicly read aloud at the District office located at 4 South Charleston Road, Jamestown, Ohio 45335. A pre-bid conference will be held on February 25, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. at the Greeneview High School located at 4710 Cottonville Road, Jamestown, Ohio 45335. All bids must include a Bid Guaranty, as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Prevailing wage rates do not apply. No bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the opening; the Board reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, and conduct necessary investigations to determine bidder responsibility.
