CITY OF XENIA, OHIO NOTICE OF PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCES: The Xenia City Council adopted the following ordinances on October 8, 2026: 2026-36 Amending certain Sections, and enacting Section 422.18, of the City of Xenia Traffic Code to be concurrent with State law through October 6, 2026; 2026-37 Amending Section 648.10, titled “Juvenile Curfew,” of the Xenia City Code; and 2026-40 Amending Ordinance 2026-24 to provide appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for the City of Xenia, Ohio, for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2026, and declaring an emergency. The Ordinances can be viewed on the City’s website ( www.CityOfXenia.org ), and copies are posted for inspection in the following public places in the City of Xenia: 1.
