CITY OF XENIA, OHIO NOTICE OF PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCES: The Xenia City Council adopted the following ordinances on September 12, 2024: 2024-20 Amending Section 886.03, Titled “Tax Exemptions in Community Reinvestment Areas,” of the Xenia City Code, 2024-21 Amending Ordinance 2024-13 to Provide Appropriations for Current Expenses and Other Expenditures for the City of Xenia, Ohio, for the Fiscal Year Ending December 31, 2024, and Declaring an Emergency, 2024-22 Authorizing the Execution of a Lease Agreement with Park National Bank for the Purpose of Financing the Construction of Stormwater Infrastructure for the Xenia Market District, and Declaring an Emergency, 2024-23 Authorizing the Issuance of Not to Exceed $2,800,000 of Special Obligation Bond Anticipation Notes, Series 2024 (Fourth Renewal), for the Purpose of Paying the Cost of Acquiring Certain Leasehold Interests, and Matters Related Thereto, and Declaring an Emergency, and 2024-24 Authorizing the Execution of a Lease Agreement with Park National Bank for the Purpose of Financing the Reconditioning of a 2003 Sutphen Sph-100 Aerial Platform Truck (Ladder 31), and Declaring an Emergency.
