LEGAL NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the following Ordinance was adopted by the Council of the City of Fairborn, Ohio, on January 20, 2026, and becomes effective on February 20, 2026 ORDINANCE 01-26 AN ORDINANCE TO ADOPT THE CITY OF FAIRBORN CYBERSECURITY PROGRAM AND INCIDENT RESPONSE PLAN IN COMPLIANCE WITH OHIO REVISED CODE § 9.64.
