CITY OF XENIA, OHIO NOTICE OF PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCES: The Xenia City Council adopted the following ordinances on January 22, 2026: 2026-01 Authorizing the execution of a lease agreement for the western portion of the first floor at the Xenia Station Building, located at 151 Miami Avenue, to Kava Haus Xenia, LLC; and 2026-02 Amending the official zoning map of the City of Xenia, Ohio, to rezone an approximately 0.651-acre property on Vine Street, located between 693 Vine Street and 38 North Orange Street, from R-2 Two-Family Residential District to B-3 General Business District. The ordinances can be viewed on the City's website ( www.CityOfXenia.org ), and copies are posted for inspection in the following public places in the City of Xenia: 1.City Administration Building, 107 E.
