BEAVERCREEK CITY COUNCIL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CASE NO. PUD 88-21 MOD 11/24 Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held at the Beavercreek City Hall, 1368 Research Park Drive, Beavercreek, OH 45432, on January 13, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. on an application filed by Heights Venture, 5741 Legacy Drive, Suite 320, Plano, Texas 75024. The applicant requests a major modification to allow for the construction of a 2,400 sq. ft. restaurant on 1.36 acres. The property is located at 2761 Fairfield Commons further described as Book 4, Page 3, Parcel 56 on the Greene County Property Tax Atlas. This application may be examined during normal work hours at Beavercreek City Hall. Interested persons may appear at the hearing and voice their opinion with respect to the application or via email to haines@beavercreekohio.gov. Written comments must be received by 4:00 p.m. Monday, January 13, 2025 to be considered for the meeting.
