CITY OF XENIA, OHIO NOTICE OF PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCES : The Xenia City Council adopted the following ordinance on July 24, 2025: 2025-17 Amending Ordinance 2022-22, Ordinance 2022-23, Ordinance 2023-07, and Ordinance 2023-20 to cease the collection of street lighting assessments in street lighting districts #1 - #4 with the 2024 tax year. The ordinance can be viewed on the City’s website (www.CityOfXenia.org ), and copies are posted for inspection in the following public places in the City of Xenia: 1. City Administration Building, 107 E. Main St. 2. Greene County Administration Building, 69 Greene St. 3. Lobby of the US Post Office, 189 E.
