CITY OF XENIA, OHIO NOTICE OF PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCES: The Xenia City Council adopted the following ordinances on September 11, 2025: 2025-22 Amending Section 1015.10(a) of the Xenia City Code and 2025-23 Authorizing the issuance of not to exceed $1,850,000 of special obligation bonds, series 2025 for the purpose of paying the cost of acquiring real property, including certain leasehold interests therein, by retiring notes previously issued in anticipation of such bonds, and matters related thereto, and declaring an emergency. The ordinances can be viewed on the City's website (www.CityOfXenia.org ), and copies are posted for inspection in the following public places in the City of Xenia: 1.
