If the property is not sold on the first auction date the property will be offered for sale at the same time and location on Tuesday, the 17th day of February 2026. The property will be sold on the second date without regard to the minimum bid requirements as under ORC Section 2329.20, but the purchaser shall be responsible for costs, allowances and taxes under ORC Section 2329.21 that the proceeds of the sale are insufficient to cover. Said premises appraised at $210,000.00 and cannot be sold for less than two-thirds of that amount on the first sale date. The appraisal is based on an exterior view of the property only. The Sheriff’s Office, nor any affiliates, have access to the inside of said property.
