PUBLIC NOTICE The City of Fairborn, Ohio will receive sealed bids for the Water Reclamation Center (WRC) Biosolids Hauling & Disposal/Processing in electronic format on Infotech's Bid Express electronic platform until 1 P.M. local time on January 16, 2026. The biosolids are at the Fairborn WRC located at 6920 Upper Valley Rd, Huber Heights, OH 45424. The biosolids are to be removed from the Fairborn WRC to a site(s) of the Contractor's choosing for disposal or further processing. Specifications and required documents may be obtained from the online electronic bidding website. Each submitted proposal must be on the forms provided and contain all required documents included in the bid packet. Said bids shall be submitted utilizing the electronic bidding software, Infotech Bid Express.
