LEGAL NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the following Ordinances were adopted by the Council of the City of Fairborn, Ohio, on December 1, 2025, and become effective on January 1, 2026. Ordinance 32-25 An Ordinance Providing for the Issuance and Sale of Bonds in the Maximum Principal Amount of $1,611,792 for the Purpose of Paying the Costs of Various Public Infrastructure Projects. Ordinance 33-25 An Ordinance Providing for the Issuance and Sale of Bonds in the Maximum Principal Amount of $2,488,208 for the Purpose of Paying the Costs of Various Municipal Water System Projects. Ordinance 34-25 An Ordinance Amending Various Sections and Creating New Chapter 1136 of the Fairborn Codified Ordinances to Establish Regulations Governing Marijuana Dispensaries. Copies of said Ordinances have been filed in the office of the City Clerk, in the City Building, located at 44 West Hebble Avenue, Fairborn, Ohio, and are available for public inspection on weekdays between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Daniel R.
