LEGAL NOTICE TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Pursuant to Section 2.14(b) of the Charter of the City of Fairborn, Ohio, notice is hereby given that on Monday, the 16th day of June, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. in the City Building, located at 44 West Hebble Avenue, Fairborn, Ohio, 45324 public hearings will be given on the following Ordinance of public nature, which will be considered for action by the Council of the City of Fairborn, Ohio: Ordinance 14-25 Authorizing the City Manager to Enter into a Purchase Agreement with BT3 Renovations, LLC for the Properties located at 223 Marchmont Drive, 445 Orville Street and 1025 S. Maple. Anyone interested therein may appear and after the Ordinance is read by title or in full be heard thereon at said time and place or anytime or place to which such hearing shall from time to time be adjourned.
