LEGAL NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the following Ordinance was adopted by the Council of the City of Fairborn, Ohio, on July 20, 2026, and becomes effective on August 20, 2026 Ordinance 18-26 An Ordinance Authorizing the City Manager to Execute All Documents Necessary to Transfer Surplus Real Property Known as the Former Skyway Plaza Site, Located at 1104 Kauffman Avenue, from the City of Fairborn to the Fairborn Development Corporation to Encourage Economic Revitalization in Fairborn Neighborhoods, Ratifying the Prior Transfer of Said Property Back to the City. Copies of said Ordinances have been filed in the office of the City Clerk, in the City Building, located at 44 West Hebble Avenue, Fairborn, Ohio, and are available for public inspection on weekdays between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Daniel R.
