LEGAL NOTICE TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Pursuant to Section 2.14(b) of the Charter of the City of Fairborn, Ohio, notice is hereby given that on Monday, the 1st day of June, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. in the City Building, located at 44 West Hebble Avenue, Fairborn, Ohio, 45324 public hearings will be given on the following Ordinance of public nature, which will be considered for action by the Council of the City of Fairborn, Ohio: Ordinance 13-26 An Ordinance Amending the Pay Grade Allocation List of the City of Fairborn, Ohio to Create the Positions of Firefighter/EMT and Finance Specialist II. Ordinance 14-26 An Ordinance Levying Assessments for the 2026 Curb, Sidewalk and Approach Program. Anyone interested therein may appear and after the Ordinance is read by title or in full be heard thereon at said time and place or anytime or place to which such hearing shall from time to time be adjourned.
