LEGAL NOTICE The Board of Zoning Appeals of Sugarcreek Township, Greene County, Ohio, will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, May 28, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at the Sugarcreek Township Administration Office, 2090 Ferry Road, Bellbrook, Ohio, for BZA Case 02-2026 . The purpose of the hearing is to consider an application for a variance under Article 3.07 D. of the Sugarcreek Township Zoning Resolution described as follows: BZA02-2026 : Applicant, Brandon Graveline, is requesting a Variance from Section 4.14 C. 6. Table 4-6 of the Sugarcreek Township Zoning Resolution to allow for the construction of an inground pool, pool house and gazebo in the front yard. The subject property is 3415 Waynesville Road, parcel L32-0001-0009-0-0007-00, owned by Samantha L. and Brandon T. Graveline Trustees, containing 141.896 acres and located in the A-1 (Agricultural) District. The application is available for public examination at the Sugarcreek Township Administration Office, 2090 Ferry Road, Bellbrook, Ohio during regular business hours from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
