PUBLIC NOTICE REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP No. 2026-003) Central State University is seeking sealed proposals to provide on-campus and virtual bookstore general merchandise and textbook support. Proposals must be received no later than March 30, 2026 by 5:00pm. Late proposals will not be accepted. The University reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive informalities, and accept the proposal deemed in its best interest.
