Ordinance 42-25 An Ordinance Approving a Zoning Map Amendment from LI Light Industrial to PUD Planned Unit Development, and Approving the Preliminary PUD Plan and Final Plat for Approximately 15.804 acres located at 2285 Commerce Center Boulevard for the Development 212 Multi-Family Residential Dwelling Units.
