October 31, 2025 BZA Case No. 2025-03 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS CITY OF FAIRBORN, OHIO Notice is hereby given that a hearing shall be held on Tuesday, October 18, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. in the City Building, 44 West Hebble Avenue, Fairborn, Ohio 45324 by the Board of Zoning Appeals. This is a request for an appeal of the Zoning Letter issued to the property owner of 565 N Broad St. that does not permit the use of vehicle sales after the use ceased to exist for greater than six (6) months and in accordance with Fairborn Codified Ordinances Chapter 1124 Nonconformities, all future uses at the site shall conform to the uses listed in the Community Commercial Zoning District. The property is located at 565 N. Broad St. (parcel # A02000100040003800) in the CC Community Commercial Zoning District.
