CITY OF FAIRBORN NOTICE TO BIDDERS BID NO. 25-07 The City of Fairborn, Ohio will receive sealed bids for the 2025 Maple Ave. Pavement Repair Project. Bids will be received in electronic format on the Infotech’s Bid Express electronic platform until 1 P.M. local time on July 11th, 2025. This project includes work on Maple Ave. south of Doris Drive. The project will include the northbound lane and a portion of the center lane for a total width of approximately 17 feet and a total length of approximately 580 feet. Work includes, but is not limited to: • 15” depth pavement removal and replacement • Installation of underdrain • Installation of geogrid fabric • Subgrade excavation as needed • Subgrade compaction Specifications and required documents may be obtained from the online electronic bidding website. Each submitted proposal must be on the forms provided and contain all required documents included in the bid packet. Said bids shall be submitted utilizing the electronic bidding software, Infotech Bid Express.
