LEGAL NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the following Ordinance was adopted by the Council of the City of Fairborn, Ohio, on June 2, 2025, and becomes effective on July 3, 2025. Ordinance 12-25 Authorizing the Sale of Surplus Parcels Owned by the City of Fairborn known as 125 W. Main Street and its Adjacent Parcels to the Fairborn Development Corporation (FDC). Ordinance 13-25 An Ordinance Providing for the Issuance and Sale of Notes in the Maximum Principal Amount of $1,760,000, in Anticipation of the Issuance of Bonds, for the Purpose of Paying the Costs of Improving the City’s Public Roadway System. Copies of said Ordinances have been filed in the office of the City Clerk, in the City Building, located at 44 West Hebble Avenue, Fairborn, Ohio, and are available for public inspection on weekdays between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Daniel R.
