CITY OF XENIA, OHIO NOTICE OF PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCES: The Xenia City Council adopted the following ordinances on May 8, 2025: 2024-32 Amending Table 1222-3, Section 1222.05(F)(1), Table 1224-1, and Sections 1224.04(E)(10) and 1244.02 of Xenia City Code Part Twelve – Land Development Code in order to establish regulations for freestanding emergency rooms and update regulations for hospitals and personal care/skilled nursing facilities; and 2025-10 Expressing the City’s intent to negotiate jointly with other municipalities in the region, through the MVCC, on one price schedule for electric light services for the purpose of providing street lighting to the residents of Xenia. The ordinances can be viewed on the City’s website (www.CityOfXenia.org ), and copies are posted for inspection in the following public places in the City of Xenia: 1.
