LEGAL NOTICE The Board of Zoning Appeals of Sugarcreek Township, Greene County, Ohio, will hold a public hearing on Thursday, September 24, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at the Sugarcreek Township Administration Office, 2090 Ferry Road, Bellbrook, Ohio, for BZA Case 04-2026 . The purpose of the hearing is to consider an application for conditional use approval under Section 3.08 of the Zoning Resolution for Sugarcreek Township described as follows: BZA Case 04-2026: Applicant, Jon Stafford, Staffco Construction Inc., is requesting conditional use approval to accommodate the construction of a 7,500 SF weight room/athletic training facility and to construct an 8" thick, 117" tall, 24' long cinderblock lacrosse wall. The subject property is Bellbrook High School, 3737 Upper Bellbrook Road, parcels L32-0002-0016-0-0096-00 and L32-0002-0016-0-0330-00, containing 32.5374 acres, located in the RPUCD (Single-Family Residential Conservation Development) District. The application for conditional use approval is available for public examination at the Sugarcreek Township Administration Office, 2090 Ferry Road, during regular business hours from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
