LEGAL NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the following Ordinances were adopted by the Council of the City of Fairborn, Ohio, on June 1, 2026, and become effective on July 1, 2026 Ordinance 13-26 An Ordinance Amending the Pay Grade Allocation List of the City of Fairborn, Ohio to Create the Positions of Firefighter/EMT and Finance Specialist II. Ordinance 14-26 An Ordinance Levying Assessments for the 2026 Curb, Sidewalk and Approach Program. Copies of said Ordinances have been filed in the office of the City Clerk, in the City Building, located at 44 West Hebble Avenue, Fairborn, Ohio, and are available for public inspection on weekdays between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Daniel R.
