CITY OF FAIRBORN NOTICE TO PROPOSERS RFP NO. 26-01 The City of Fairborn, Ohio will receive sealed proposals To Develop a Park and Recreation Master Plan. Proposals will be received in the Finance Office, 44 West Hebble Avenue, Fairborn, Ohio 45324, until 10:00am June 17th, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Specifications and required documents may be obtained from the office of Fairborn Parks and Recreation. Each submitted proposal must be on City provided forms and contain all required documents included in the proposal packet. Said proposals shall be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the name of the proposer and the proposal number in the upper left corner of the envelope, and be addressed as follows: Attn: Parks & Recreation Master Plan RFP Fairborn Finance Department 44 W Hebble Ave. Fairborn, Ohio 45324 The City reserves the right to reject all proposals, to waive any irregularities in the proposal, and to enter into a contract with the proposer(s) who in the City's opinion offers the lowest and best proposal.
