CITY OF FAIRBORN NOTICE TO BIDDERS BID NO. 26-13 The City of Fairborn, Ohio will receive sealed bids for Community Park Basketball Lights. Bids will be received in the Finance Office, 44 West Hebble Avenue, Fairborn, Ohio 45324 until June 17, 2026 at 10:00AM which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Specifications and required documents may be obtained in the office of Fairborn Parks Department 461 E. Dayton-Yellow Springs Rd. Each submitted proposal must be on City provided forms and contain all required documents included in the bid packet. Said bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the name of the bidder and the bid number in the upper left corner of the envelope, and be addressed as follows: Attn: Bid 26-13 Community Park Basketball Lights Fairborn Finance Department 44 W Hebble Ave. Fairborn, Ohio 45324 The City reserves the right to reject all bids, to waive any irregularities in the bidding, and to enter into a contract with the bidder(s) who in the City's opinion offers the lowest and best bid.
