BEAVERCREEK CITY COUNCIL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Resolution 26-17 Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held at Beavercreek City Hall, 1368 Research Park Drive, Beavercreek, OH 45432, on April 13, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. for the purpose of Resolution 26-17 a resolution by the Beavercreek City Council authorizing the placement of 5.24 acres of land owned by Tuttle Marsh LLC in the Agricultural Tax District, said property address being 2618 Lantz Road, Beavercreek, OH 45434, (Parcel B42-0005-0010-0-0022-00) in accordance with O.R. C. Chapter 929, the Farmland Preservation Act. This application may be examined during normal work hours at Beavercreek City Hall. Interested persons may appear at the hearing and voice their opinion with respect to the application or via email to haines@beavercreekohio.gov. Written comments must be received by 4:00 p.m .
