City of Xenia, Ohio Notice of Publication and Passage of a Resolution The Xenia City Council passed the following Resolution on February 26, 2026: RESOLUTION 2025-012 DECLARING THE NECESSITY OF IMPROVING CITY STREETS AND PUBLIC WAYS BY THE LIGHTING THEREOF FOR THE YEAR 2026 This Resolution provides that for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare of the City and its inhabitants to improve the streets and other public ways within the corporate limits of the City by the lighting thereof, said lighting to be provided by electric lighting, for the year 2026 ("the Improvement"). All lots and lands within the corporate limits of the City shall be specially assessed for said Improvement. The estimate of the cost is on file in the office of the City Clerk and is available for public inspection in the office of the Clerk located at the City of Xenia Administration Building, 107 E. Main Street, Xenia, OH 45385. Any objections to the estimated assessment as to amount or apportionment must be filed, in writing, with the City Clerk by March 16, 2026.
