ORDINANCE 2-26 MAKING SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATIONS TO THE APPROPRIATIONS BUDGET OF THE CITY OF FAIRBORN, STATE OF OHIO, AND AUTHORIZING TRANSFERS FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING DECEMBER 31, 2026, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
