City of Xenia Notice of Public Hearing/Notice to Vacate Alley behind 968-1052 North Detroit Street March 12, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. 107 East Main Street, Second Floor The Xenia City Council will hold a public hearing regarding a proposed vacation of the 12-foot alley right-of-way that abuts 968 to 1052 North Detroit Street, upon petition by an abutting property owner. This section of right-of-way does not contain a street. The purpose of the right-of-way vacation is that the petitioner owns parcels on both sides of the alley right-of-way and wishes to combine the parcels. Citizens may attend this meeting to provide their input regarding this proposed right-of-way vacation. The City building is accessible to individuals with physical disabilities.
