PUBLIC NOTICE TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: An application has been received by the Planning Board requesting approval for a Final Planned Unit Development (PUD) Modification Plan to reduce the size of the proposed convenience store from 8,397 square feet to 7,424 square feet; reduce the number of diesel fueling dispensers from six (6) to four (4); and reduce on-site parking from 83 to 79 vehicular parking spaces and from 10 to one (1) semi-truck parking space for the establishment to be known as Wawa, located on 9.349 acres at 1800 N. Broad Street. (City Lot 9918) in a PUD Planned Unit Development Zoning District. The public hearing regarding this matter will be held on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. in the City Building, 44 West Hebble Avenue, Fairborn, Ohio, 45324. Any person interested in or affected by this matter may appear and be heard at the public hearing.
