LEGAL NOTICE TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Pursuant to Section 2.14(b) of the Charter of the City of Fairborn, Ohio, notice is hereby given that on Monday, the 4th day of May, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. in the City Building, located at 44 West Hebble Avenue, Fairborn, Ohio, 45324 public hearings will be given on the following Ordinance of public nature, which will be considered for action by the Council of the City of Fairborn, Ohio: ORDINANCE 12-26 TO APPROVE CURRENT REPLACEMENT PAGES TO THE FAIRBORN CODIFIED ORDINANCES Anyone interested therein may appear and after the Ordinance is read by title or in full be heard thereon at said time and place or anytime or place to which such hearing shall from time to time be adjourned.
