AN ORDINANCE TO ADOPT THE CITY OF FAIRBORN CYBERSECURITY PROGRAM AND INCIDENT RESPONSE PLAN IN COMPLIANCE WITH OHIO REVISED CODE § 9.64. Copies of said Ordinances have been filed in the office of the City Clerk, in the City Building, located at 44 West Hebble Avenue, Fairborn, Ohio, and are available for public inspection on weekdays between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Daniel R.
