Ordinance 35-25 Authorizing the City Manager to Execute Releases and Terminations of Easements for E. Dayton Drive Roadway Extensions no longer needed by the City. Ordinance 36-25 An Ordinance Amending Sections 126.04, 126.05, and 126.06 of the Fairborn Codified Ordinances to Update Purchasing Thresholds and Procedures to Comply with Current Ohio Law; Creating Section 126.12 to Establish Cybersecurity Purchasing and Public Record Exemptions; and Approving and Adopting the City of Fairborn Purchasing Policy as the Official Procurement Manual. Copies of said Ordinances have been filed in the office of the City Clerk, in the City Building, located at 44 West Hebble Avenue, Fairborn, Ohio, and are available for public inspection on weekdays between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Daniel R.
